If you are experiencing difficulty in logging into w2express.com please review some of the possible reasons and solutions below:
- New employee information is transmitted to w2express each Monday. Your information is not transmitted until the Monday after you have been issued your first paycheck.
- The default PIN used for a new login is the MMDD of your birthdate followed by the last 4 digits of your SSN (MMDDssss). If you are attempting to login
to this service for the first time and your login fails, contact your departmental payroll or human resources representative to determine if your birthdate and SSN
are correctly entered into the university system.
- If you have not supplied the university with your Social Security Number (SSN) you will not be permitted to use this service.
Please provide your SSN to your departmental payroll or human resources representative so that it may be included in the university system. It will take at least
one week for the w2express system to reflect your account.
- Contact w2express customer service at 877-325-9239 if you continue to experience problems with access to the system.
