Why do some hourly employees have multiple week 1 and week 2 rows on my Hourly Voucher?

The Payroll Voucher will create a week 1 and week 2 row on the voucher for each job/rate an employee has. If an employee has more than one job/rate within your department you will see a week 1 and week 2 row for each job/rate. Be certain to enter the hours in the row that corresponds to the correct week and the correct job/rate for which the hours were worked.

You will not see rows on your voucher for any jobs your hourly employee works in other departments.
