How do I get access to the Payroll Voucher?

To receive access to the Payroll Voucher you must:
- Complete Payroll Voucher training. Click here
for a list of Payroll Voucher classes available by campus. If classes are
not available on your campus, please contact your campus payroll office for
training information.
- Complete and submit the required compliance forms. There are two forms that must be completed, the HRMS Data Access Form and the Student Records Agreement.
- Your department head, business manager, or supervisor must complete and submit the HRMS User Access Request form on the web. Instructions for completing this form are available here.
Once your access request has been approved by the Data Manager your access to the Payroll Voucher will be established in two to three business days.
