Adjunct faculty are on contract pay in HRMS and this will generate two rows on the voucher. One of the rows should be blank (no earn code in other earnings and nothing in the right hand column for amount) while the other contains the contract pay earn code and amount. You should approve both lines. Approving both lines will not double pay the employee.
