How do I disconnect from the FIS?

You may have several Citrix screens open which can freeze your session(s).
Follow these steps to disconnect:
- User should right click on Citrix icon located on the bottom of the screen.
- In the drop down menu, select "Open Connection Center."
- User should then click on Logoff, then click Okay, and then close out of the screen by clicking X in upper right corner.
