Why can't I access the labor reports through the "Account View" in the IUIE (IU Information Environment)?

Access to labor reports through the Financial Account View is restricted. Fiscal Officers, Account Managers, Account Supervisors, and Account Delegates can use the IUIE Financial Account View to retrieve Labor Operating Detail Reports for their accounts.
Permission to access the Labor Operating Detail Report through the Financial Account View must be granted by your Chart Manager.
If you are not a Fiscal Officer, Account Delegate, Account Manager or Account Supervisor then to obtain copies of the Labor Operating Detail report you will need to run a separate query.
Please follow these steps to obtain the Labor Operating Detail Report.
- Log in to Onestart
- Click on the University Systems tab
- Click on Access the IUIE link
- Click on the Catalog tab
- Click on Master Catalog tab
- Click on the Financial Folder
- Click on the Labor Subfolder
- Click on the Labor Operating Detail report (choose your campus)
- Enter your criteria on the right in the display pane
- Choose your output format and run your report.
