I attempted to run a report on the FDRS (Financial Data Retrieval System), but receive no data. Am I doing something wrong?

There are a few reasons this could happen. The
first thing you should do is double-check to make sure the data you entered into the
selection criteria fields are in the appropriate fields (e.g., did you enter an
sub-account number into the account field). This could also happen if you are attempting
to access data outside of the hours the IUIE is officially available. Extended hours of availability are posted on the OneStart portal.
If neither of the above seems to be the problem,
