Am I required to have a UITS User Agreement in place before being authorized access to the FDRS (Financial Data Retrieval System)?

All employees must have a user agreement on file with UITS to gain access to any systems that involve university data. UITS Security Accounts generally contacts those who register to use the IUIE if they have no user agreement on file, and requests that a user agreement be completed so that IUIE access may be given. If you require assistance with the completion of the user agreement, you may contact Security Accounts at secaccts@indiana.edu.
