searching within the FedEx application?

If you are interested, you can look up FedEx ID billings with DataDirect, in addition
to searching within the FedEx application by following these simple steps:
- From the FMS Home page, select Financial Data Retrieval System.
- Select DataDirect from the Financial Data Retrieval System page. (You
must be a registered FDRS user to utilize DataDirect. If you have not registered, you may
do so now, by clicking on FDRS Registration.)
- At the DataDirect page, select the Financial data group category.
- From the Financial screen, select Interdepartmental Billing.
- On the ID Billing screen, enter ID14 in the Document Type Code field.
This will ensure that you receive only FedEx billings in your report.
- If you wish, you may specify a fiscal period code, chart, and account number. You may
also wish to include the Interdepartmental Billing Note field since this will provide the
name of the person who sent the package, the date it was sent, and the tracking number.
- Determine whether you wish to have the report returned to your browser or to a
spreadsheet.
- Set the maximum row limit to None.
- Enter your password, and run the query.
Note:
The financial document number for FedEx billings is the same
as the invoice number in the FedEx application.
