Where can I direct nonresident employees, who are now in their home country, for tax assistance?

If they live near a U.S. embassy or consulate, federal income tax help should be available there. The IRS maintains permanent offices in Bonn, London, Mexico City, Ottawa, Paris, Rome, Santiago, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. From January to June, itinerant IRS agents conduct tax help seminars at other embassies and consulates around the world. Forms, instructions, and publications are also available via the IRS web site, or by fax at (703)487-4160.
