Who can I call for assistance if I have problems with the FIS Transaction Processing System?


You may encounter problems which are clearly technical in nature, for example "Database Login Error" or "9024 application stopped... " In these cases you should contact your local computing support provider. Your support provider should be able to isolate the problem as one that is caused by your computer's configuration, or may learn that the problem is more systemic, requiring the assistance of the FMS Customer Service staff.

You may have questions or problems that are more functionally oriented, (e.g., "How do I cancel a Transfer of Funds document?"; or "How can I tell where my pending ledger entries stand?"). In these cases, you should contact your local business officer, or your responsibility center's business office.

It is likely that you will encounter situations where you are uncertain whether the problem is a technical or a functional one. If you do not have access to a functional or technical support person within your department or responsibility center, or if you're unsure about who you should consult with, send a message to FMS Support Form or call 855-0375, for assistance during regular working hours (8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday). The FMS Customer Service staff will work with you and your local support provider to resolve your problems or questions.
