Why was I taken back to Windows after I entered my safeword card number?
|
When a FIS User Document is initiated to add a new user to TP, it must be routed for
approval the same as other TP documents. The new user will not be able to access TP until
the FIS User Document has received all of the necessary approvals. If the document is
still making its way through the approval process you will be "kicked" back to
your desktop just as you have described.
