What does the FIS error message "3015-control characters not allowed" mean?
|
This error message is presented when a character or a keystroke combination is used
that TP does not understand. In most cases, the user has attempted to use the ENTER key,
which has no function in the FIS.
Using the Enter key, especially in the Amount field may cause an error when trying to route your
document. If this occurs correct the problem by clicking on the Amount field of the document, press the "Delete" key, then press the "End" key, and then use "Backspace" to erase all the information in the
Amount field. Now re-enter the information in the Amount field and press the "Tab" key.
