What states (in the U.S.A.) have a treaty with Indiana for state tax exemption?

Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin currently have such a treaty and a reciprocal agreement exists between Illinois and Indiana. A certificate of residence must be completed stating that the employee is a legal resident of one of these states, and that they do not own property in Indiana. Certificates of residence may be obtained from the Tax Forms page containing all tax forms or you can link directly to the WH-47 Certificate of Residence. These documents must be notarized to be legally binding.
