What is the FIS error message, "0129-error on field FS_origin_CD; subfield(s) are required?"

This message appears if there
is a problem in the database with the assignment of document numbers. The
01 prefix, which is the origination code, may be missing from the document number. The origination
code is important because it designates the server that is being accessed to create the
transaction.
- Exit the FIS application and login again.
- When you retrieve the blank document to begin document creation, make sure the full document number exists. The full document number consists of two numeric characters, a dash, two alpha characters followed by 7 numeric characters (e.g., 01-GR9463495).
- Please contact the FMS Customer Service department with the FMS Support Form
if you continue to receive this error.
