What is FIS error message, "Serv-error 1205, state1, severity 13..."?

If you receive the above error please print the message
and contact the FMS Customer Service department with the FMS Support Form.
You will need to provide them with the information given on the message screen.
They will give you further instructions once they determine the nature of your
problem.
Note: You may be asked to fax the
printed copy of the error message to the Help Desk.
