Why can't the new users I have established in TP access the system?

The FIS User Document must be routed for approval as are other TP documents. If the FIS
User Document is still in the routing/approval chain, the new user will not be able to
access the system until final approval is received.
Once the new user's access has been established they will receive an e-mail
message from FMS confirming that they now have access to the system. The entire
process normally takes two or three working days.
If there is still a problem once the new user has received the confirming e-mail
message from FMS, and the FIS User Document has all necessary approvals, please
contact the FMS Support Form .
