Why have I received a "password suspended" message when attempting to log into TP?

This error normally occurs when you attempt to log into a host with your Safeword card,
and enter an incorrect username or password on three consecutive attempts, or a total of
six times. In this case you must contact UITS (Accounts Administration) on the Bloomington campus at (812) 855-6789. It could also be an indication
that your Safeword card is not functioning properly. Contact the appropriate office on
your campus for assistance in getting your Safeword card reinstated as follows:
