How do I obtain copies of my Standard Reports?

Monthly Standard Reports are available on the web through the Indiana University Information Environment (IUIE). In order to use the IUIE, you must first register, which you will be prompted to do when you click on the Access the IUIE link via Onestart. Standard reports are no longer mailed to the departments.
Standard Reports can be accessed from the IUIE in two ways: Financial Account View or via the General Ledger folder.
Account View:
This option allows Account Managers, Supervisors, or Delegates to retrieve Standard Reports for all the accounts they are responsible for at once.
If you are an Account Manager, Account Supervisor, or Account Delegate on the Bloomington campus you will receive an e-mail notification each month that the Standard Reports for your accounts are available. Included within the e-mail will be a web address (URL) that you can use to quickly access your reports. Clicking on the URL (if your e-mail client allows it) will launch your default browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) and bring you to the logon screen for the Account View.
You can also access the Account View directly from the IUIE Master Catalog by selecting "Financial Account View” in the financial folder. Once you have clicked on the Financial Account View in the display pane on the right you will be provided a link, from there you will enter your criteria and run your Standard Reports.
After logging in, follow the instructions at the top of the screen to retrieve your Standard Reports.
General Ledger Folder:
This option allows users to retrieve one Standard Report at a time for a single account number.
To retrieve a copy of a Standard Report using the General Ledger Folder:
- Go to the IUIE in OneStart
- Select Catalog
- Select Master Catalog
- Select the Financial Folder
- Select the General Ledger Sub folder
- Select the 1st Day Standard Reports folder
- Select the Report you wish to view. (Note: If your account is a Contract and Grant account, be sure to run the C&G Monthly Operating Statement or C&G Transaction Listing to get the desired results.)
- Select the Calendar Year and Calendar Month and enter the Account Number. The sub account field is optional but can be entered if the account you entered uses sub accounting.
- Select the Return Format you want and click "Run"
