Determine If Your Windows Default Printer Appears in FIS
|
- Log in to the FIS application, click on the IU icon in the top left corner.

- Choose "Printer"

- If the field labeled "Name" is blank, you do not have a Windows default
printer established. Please contact your Local Service Provider (LSP) to have
a default printer established.

- If the "Name" field is not blank you should be able to print from
FIS to your Windows default printer. If you are still unable to print then
please proceed with Step #2.
